Newton Martin, a knifemaker from Texas known for rugged fixed blades, recently started designing and making folding knives as well. His model “Nopal” got its name from the Texan word for the cactus plant, whose leaves replicate the shape of the closed knife. The stable Wharncliffe blade has a chisel grind, offering extraordinary strength and sharpness. The straight cutting edge allows extremely precise cuts and perfect grip control. Steel liner and textured G-10 scales in combination with the deep finger choils and notches provide a secure grip and excellent ergonomics. The blade is made of 440C stainless steel, satin finished, and locks with a sturdy liner lock mechanism. Includes a removable pocket clip.

Blade length: 2⅛”. Overall length: 5½”. Weight: 3 oz. Suggested Retail Price: $49.95.

The Boker Plus Nopal, model 01BO180, is available for purchase through Boker USA, Inc. Additional information can be found at Bokerusa.com.&nbsp
